Refunds

For T-shirts and other print-on-demand merch we sell, because of the nature of our business, it’s imperative the customer verify all details such as shipping address, total amounts due, names, quantities, sizes and other important details prior to submitting a purchase. Please also ensure you are fully ready to submit your order with the proper items and payment methods selected. We can not offer refunds if it’s been past 1 hour after submitting your order. This is based on when we receive the order in Central Standard Time. After this time, your items will be automatically sent to begin production to ensure timely shipping and delivery times for all customers. We will not be able to cancel the order or offer any refunds once submitted for production. 

To request a refund within 1 hour after submitting your purchase, you can email us at order@herdesiredhaven.com. Please provide your receipt/order number and the reason for your refund request. We will then pause production and cancel your order in our system. Refunds can take 5-10 business days, (in certain situations, it could take longer), to be issued but this time also depends on your bank. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • All Digital Products and Digital Only Downloads/ Digital Printables
  • Downloadable software products or Curriculum

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at order@herdesiredhaven.com

Sale Items

Sale/clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with verifiable proof. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@herdesiredhaven.com with a photo showing the t-shirt graphic/artwork displayed in your image along with the defect being shown in the same photo if possible. Please also provide your receipt. If we are able to verify, we will exchange and send you another item to the same address as your previous order. We do not exchange digital downloads, download only or any digital products.

Shipping Returns

If you are exchanging a defective or damaged product, please contact us for shipping details at order@herdesiredhaven.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
